The first step in the process is getting an idea of what your estate planning approach should be and whether an estate planning attorney might be necessary. By completing this questionnaire, you’ll have an idea of the plan you should proceed with.

Once you have determined how you would like to proceed in situating your estate planning documents, you can set an appointment here. Our Estate Planning Consultation fee of $199 is a flat rate - regardless of how long it takes to finalize your estate planning documents. Once all of your estate planning documents are finalized, we will notarize your estate documents on all relevant & necessary pages.

There is no fee for notarization - it is included in the flat fee noted above.

Once all estate planning documents are fully completed and notarized, we will ensure you have submitted healthcare directives to Arizona’s Healthcare Directives Registry. This will ensure your designated agent(s) and medical/hospital personel will have ready access to relevant documents.

Estate planning document maintenance. We will be able to assist in the amendment or updating of any documents processed via our Estate Planning Consultation session.
