Local Office Tax Prep
For residents of the Surprise/Sun Cities area, we offer local tax prep service for individual tax returns (1040s and relevant state returns). Our local office tax prep process is as follows:
Once you decide to hire us, you'll set an appointment with us via our online appointment calendar or by calling us at (800) 275-2224. Our online appointment scheduler is our preferred way for you to set our first meeting & it is always up-to-date.
We will hold an initial intake meeting in our Surprise office to allow the opportunity for an in-person "meet and greet", to exchange proper tax prep documentation and to discuss tax matters relevant to your situation.
Once our in-person meeting is held, we will also set you up with a highly secure & encrypted client portal to allow for a private exchange of tax documents and related paperwork. While we prefer our portal for document exchange & storage, we are also adept at using Google Drive, Box, Dropbox and similar cloud drives, if you prefer.
Once we have received all of the necessary forms and documents to prepare your returns, we get to work on them. As we work on your returns, our communications at this point will be mostly email and phone calls.
Upon completion of your returns, we will set a follow up meeting to review a tentative copy of your federal and state tax returns and give us all a chance to review and discuss them. Once your approval is received by us, we will efile them for you.
